These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cardinal Care LLC's services and website at www.cardinalcarellc.com. By contacting us, scheduling a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Cardinal Care LLC provides home and property services including but not limited to general handyman services, aging-in-place modifications, snow removal, professional Christmas lighting installation and removal, home powerwashing, and kitchen cabinetry consultation. All services are performed in the greater Naperville, Illinois area across DuPage, Kane, Will, and Kendall Counties.
Estimates provided by Cardinal Care LLC are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cardinal Care LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cardinal Care LLC offers SMS text messaging communication to customers who opt in. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications including appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimates, and follow-up messages.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the scope of work needed, ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, and disclosing any known hazards or special conditions before work begins.
Cardinal Care LLC performs all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois.
Cardinal Care LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
